Return & Refund Policy – Zammy
At Zammy, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be applicable.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. To be eligible, you must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized T-shirts, bulk orders, or items sold during clearance sales are not eligible for return. Please ensure you confirm the design and order specifications before placing your order.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at [support@zammy.com] with your order number, issue, and photos of the product (if defective). Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse.
4. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your account. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they are already processed. For bulk orders, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Damaged Delivery
If the parcel is visibly tampered with or damaged upon delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and inform our team immediately.
7. Exchange
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

Return & Exchange Policy – Zammy (For Customers)
We offer only exchange and no returns.
Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours from delivery.

Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. An amount of INR 100/- will be charged as exchange charges.
We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the products are damaged
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund in only within 2 business days.Exchange can be done on the same product/order for the size only once.
